Editorial and Corrections Policy

Our aim is to make a purchase decision easier to explain, including the decision to use something you already own.

Sources and writing process

We prioritise manufacturer product pages, product manuals, transport authorities and other primary references for factual claims. Sources are attributed in articles. AI tools may assist drafting, organisation and editing; the publisher is responsible for reviewing the final material, checking attributed claims and correcting errors. Automated assistance is not a substitute for product testing or expertise.

What comparisons mean

We separate documented specifications from editorial suggestions. Planning exercises and hypothetical calculations are identified as such. We do not present an unperformed test, invented photograph, fabricated customer review, sales ranking or unsupported health benefit as evidence. A buying guide is not a guarantee of safety, fit or suitability.

Selection criteria

Depending on the task, we consider dimensions, compatibility, materials, maintenance, power arrangements, carrying space and whether the reader needs another item at all. We do not assume the most expensive product or the item with the most features is the best choice. Amazon search ordering is not our editorial ranking.

Dates and updates

A publication or review date describes our editorial work, not a promise that retailer stock or prices stay current. We avoid quoting live Amazon prices and ratings without an authorised, compliant data source. If a product changes, readers should use the instructions for the exact version they have.

Corrections

Email dleowls01@gmail.com with the article URL, disputed statement and supporting reference. We investigate material errors and revise the affected text when warranted. Substantive corrections will be identified in the article with a correction note or update date. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice.

Commercial content

Affiliate links and sponsorships must be disclosed. We do not sell favourable conclusions or undisclosed links intended to manipulate search rankings. Reader comments may be moderated for relevance, privacy and policy compliance.
